With Roberta Hodges
Bring relaxation and a calm mind into your life and being and you will find life to be so much easier, enjoyable, peaceful and effective with improved energy and health.
Relaxation of body and breath release tensions caused by stress. Healthful relaxation creates space within for peaceful spirit and life force energy to enter.
Come learn body and breath relaxations of varied length and styles that can be done while lying, sitting, (in private as in a meeting) walking or standing (as in a grocery store line).
Use in almost any situation you find yourself in need of calming while alone or with others.
Practices range from a one minute calming breath practice to the more lengthy Yoga Nidra practice of extreme relaxation. Full natural breathing practice will help us eliminate the detrimental breathing habits we have developed over time: Fast, short, irregular, shallow, and held breath that rob us of essential oxygen and energy for our life and well being.
The practice will help us reestablish the healthy habits of longer, slower, deeper breathing.
