Participants will learn both theoretically and experientially how and why to use mindfulness as a method of building emotional resilience and wellness. Lamont and Jai Lynn offers a blend of discussions, yoga, qi gong, sound meditation, sitting mindfulness and breath work for a content rich experience. They provide a wide range of expertise, as this dynamic duo have 35 years of combined training experience in these various forms of mindfulness. The mindfulness based psychotherapy provides a framework for this outstanding and one of a kind life changing experience.
