Roberta has been studying, practicing and teaching yoga in the Himalayan tradition for over 25 years including Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and more recently Tantric Yoga. She has made several trips to India for study, practice, and inspiration. She is also a practicing massage therapist and energy worker. Roberta has created two yoga CDs. They are for sale in the Christine Center bookstore.
