We can’t control the world around us, but by applying ancient wisdom and modern practices we can make our life more and more of what we really want it to be.
Are you living your life to the fullest? Are you doing things that make your heart sing? Are you listening to your inner wisdom? Are you living in alignment with what’s most important to you? These are the contemplative questions that we will discuss in our Dharma discussions. These discussions are called Syadhyaya – self-study & self reflection, one of the Niyamas, from the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
In addition to the self-discovery and support from these vital discussions, we will practice meditation and physical yoga, the asanas. It will be a time to unplug from your routine, practice self-care, nourish your soul, and come home to yourself.
Gigi has been instructing group fitness & yoga for over 25 years: “I love self-study and sharing what I learn with others. Spending time in nature and with my grandchildren really lights me up!” Gigi’s has a BS in Health Promotion & Wellness and completed her 1000 hour Yoga Therapist training with Yoga North in 2014. Yoga North is an Accredited Yoga Therapy training program under the criteria established by the International Association Of Yoga Therapy.
