Uplift Yoga: Cultivating New Beginnings

November 13-15, 2026

with Kate karshna

Autumn can provoke a feeling of wanting to start something new.
Do you feel it?

Throughout our lives we ride continuous cycles of beginnings, middles and endings. Sometimes we welcome certain aspects of these cycles, sometimes we resist, and sometimes we just go with the flow.

Where are you experiencing a new phase or chapter of life? Relationships, home, job, role, hobby or passion? How are you greeting this new reality? Is it something you created, invited, accepted or feel thrust into? Have you acknowledged what has ended to create the space for the new?

In this retreat, we will explore the areas of our lives that are sprouting new growth, and dig into our relationship with whatever is emerging. We will engage in rituals to embrace and honor what is arising and to cultivate growth in areas that have recently been pruned or burned to the ground.

Bring your big questions, your seeds of intention or anything you are cultivating in mind or body. Through the tools of yoga, labyrinth, sound, silence, movement, stillness, community, solitude and nature, you will immerse into the imaginal realm where anything is possible. We will explore our inner landscapes and return with the treasures we create.
