Securing Your Reservation

We welcome your reservation at the Christine Center. Payment in full is required when making your reservation. Should a check be utilized, payment must be received at the Center within 10 days or your reservation will be cancelled as a courtesy to other participants.

How to Make a Reservation

Note on travel arrangements: If you are flying in, please be aware that the Christine Center cannot offer ground transportation to or from the airport. Please call the Christine Center office for more information.

Step 1

Choose dates for either a personal retreat or a retreat program.

Step 2

Choose lodging: Modern hermitage, guestroom in main building, cabin bedroom, rustic hermitage. Choose meal schedule.

Step 3

Contact the Christine Center: welcome@christinecenter.org | 715-267-7507. Note: if registering for a program and you do not need to make adjustments to meals, you may access online registration directly through the program decription page. 

Step 4

Full payment is due at time of reservation with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.

Payment may also be made by check or money order which must be received at the center within 10 days. Please make check or money order payable to: The Christine Center, W8303 Mann Road, Willard, WI 54493.

Rates are based on per person, per night.

Modern Hermitage

Guest Rooms (main building)

The private and shared pricing refers to the rooms, not the entire building.

Rustic hermitage, w/out water

Pet Policy

We welcome your furry companion while you are with us on retreat. There are 3 hermitages designated for bringing pets.

Fee: $30 per stay

Please Read our Full Pet Policy
  1. Dogs must be leashed at all time when outside of your accommodations. There are other guests on the property who may become afraid if approached by an unleashed dog.
  2. Please pickup after your pet and dispose of waste in the dumpsters in front of the main building.
  3. If your dog has a coat that sheds, we appreciate you bringing protection for the furniture.
  4. We also appreciate you cleaning up fur that has shed around the hermitage.

Cancellation Policy for Onsite/Online Programs and Private Retreats

Guest Cancellation of Onsite Programs and Private Retreats:

If you need to cancel your reservation for an onsite program or private retreat, the following guidelines apply based on the number of days prior to 12:00 p.m. on the first day of the program or retreat:

    • 15 days or more prior
      A full refund will be issued upon request.
    • 8–14 days prior
      A credit will be added to your account, minus a $50 processing fee. Credit is valid for one year.
    • 2–7 days prior
      Twenty-five percent (25%) of your payment will be forfeited. The remaining balance will be added to your account as a credit valid for one year.
    • 48 hours or less prior
      Your payment will be forfeited.

Guest Cancellation of Online, Hybrid, and Online Series Programs:

If you need to cancel your reservation for an online, hybrid, or online series program, the following guidelines apply based on the number of days prior to 12:00 p.m. on the first day of the program:

    • 15 days or more prior
      A full refund will be issued upon request. 
    • 14 days or less prior 
        • Non-recorded online programs
          A credit, minus a $15 processing fee, will be added to your account. Credit is valid for one year. 
        • Recorded hybrid programs
          Access to the program recording will be provided in place of a refund or credit. 
        • Online series with recordings
          Access to the program recordings will be provided in place of a refund or credit.

Switching from Onsite to Online Participation:

If you change your registration from onsite to online for a hybrid program, the following guidelines apply to the difference in cost between the two registration types, based on the number of days prior to 12:00 p.m. on the first day of the program:

    • 15 days or more prior
      A full refund of the difference in cost will be issued upon request. 
    • 8–14 days prior
      A credit for the difference in cost, will be added to your account, minus a $50 processing fee. Credit is valid for one year. 
    • 2–7 days prior
      Twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference in cost will be forfeited. The remaining balance will be added to your account as a credit valid for one year. 
    • 48 hours or less prior
      The difference in cost will be forfeited.

Christine Center Cancellation of Programs:

If the Christine Center cancels an onsite or online program, you may choose one of the following: 

    • A full refund. 
    • Transfer your payment to another Christine Center program or private retreat.
