Securing Your Reservation
We welcome your reservation at the Christine Center. Payment in full is required when making your reservation. Should a check be utilized, payment must be received at the Center within 10 days or your reservation will be cancelled as a courtesy to other participants.
How to Make a Reservation
Note on travel arrangements: If you are flying in, please be aware that the Christine Center cannot offer ground transportation to or from the airport. Please call the Christine Center office for more information.
Step 1
Choose dates for either a personal retreat or a retreat program.
Step 2
Choose lodging: classic or rustic hermitage or a guest house room. Choose meal schedule.
Step 3

Step 4
Full payment is due at time of reservation with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.
Payment may also be made by check or money order which must be received at the center within 10. Please make check or money order payable to: The Christine Center, W8303 Mann Road, Willard, WI 54493.

We welcome your furry companion while you are with us on retreat. There are 3 hermitages designated for bringing pets.

Cancelation Policy for Onsite/Online Programs and Private Retreats
Guest Cancelation of Onsite Programs and Private Retreats:
Should personal circumstances arise requiring your cancelation of an onsite program or private retreat, the following guidelines will apply based on the number of days prior to your retreat:
- 15 days prior or greater: A full refund will be issued upon request.
- 8-14 days prior: A nonrefundable credit will be issued to your account, which may be used for a future program or private retreat. The credit will be valid for one year*
- 1-7 days or less: A nonrefundable credit minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued to your account. The credit may be used for a future program or private retreat. The credit will be valid for one year*
- 24 hours or less: 50% of your full payment will be forfeited and 50% will be held as credit. The credit will be valid for one year*
Guest Cancelation of Online/Hybrid or Online Series Programs:
Should personal circumstances arise requiring cancelation of an online program reservation, the following guidelines will apply based on the number of days prior to your retreat:
- 15 days prior or greater: A full refund will be issued upon request.
- 14 days or less:
- Non-recorded Online Programs: A nonrefundable credit will be issued to your account, which may be used for a future program or private retreat. The credit will be valid for one year. *
- Recorded Hybrid Program: A link to the recorded program will be sent to you. No refund will be issued.
- Multiple sessions Online Series: A link to the recorded program will be sent to you. No refund will be issued.
Christine Center Cancelation of Onsite or Online Programs:
a full refund will be issued to your account.
*After one year unused credit will expire.
