Operations Director

The Operations Director oversees the Christine Center’s daily operations, including office, volunteer program, kitchen, housekeeping, and facilities/grounds. This leadership role shapes and implements the strategic priorities of the Center, supports staff supervision, nurtures clear communication across departments, and stewards operational budgets and processes. The Operations Director helps create a smooth, welcoming, and spiritually grounded experience for all who visit and work at the Center.

Cook

The cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting vegetarian meals for Christine Center guests. The position responsibilities require the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and ensure a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for guests, visitors, other staff, and our partners in mission. This position reports to the Operations Manager and provides an opportunity to play a significant role in fulfilling our mission of spiritual deepening for global transformation.
