What does this role support? Facilitators, retreats, and programs – through coordination, communication, and behind-the-scenes care.

Who does this role work with most closely? The Programming and Communications team, facilitators, and internal staff supporting guest services and on-site program flow.

Will there be training and transition support? Yes. We’re hiring right away so the new hire can receive a strong transition period.
