You are invited to explore the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness, meditation, and mindful, intuitive eating practices at the Mindful Nourishment Retreat.

Whether you are seeking a fresh start on your wellness journey or looking to deepen your practice, this retreat offers tools to help you reconnect with your body’s innate signals and foster a sense of balance and renewal. By taking the weekend to rest and renew while enjoying the fresh, nourishing food provided at the Christine Center as well as the surrounding woodland sanctuary, you are taking a sacred pause to rest and reset.

Robin Richards, M.A., Ed.S., RMT, will be your guide, bringing her expertise as a teacher and retreat facilitator as well as certifications in Mindfulness, Mindful Eating, Meditation, Yoga, Nutrition Coaching, and Reiki to support your weekend of deep self-care and nourishment that will bring benefits far beyond the retreat.

Through guided mindfulness exercises, intuitive eating practices, and reflective sessions, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, honor your unique needs, and cultivate a loving relationship with food.

Robin Richards, MA, EdS, RMT

Robin is a multi-certified and licensed Wellness Teacher and Health Coach who merges science with ‘woo-woo’ to teach women wellness tools in all seasons of life. With two decades of professional experience as a teacher and coach, Robin teaches self-empowerment with inner fitness and simple nutrition strategies that build lifelong wellness that works. Robin found her way back to health in the process of healing mental and physical illness and utilizes her experience and stories to inspire and support your self-empowered, personalized wellness planning. Robin’s personalized approach and ability to connect resources for holistic health, ignites lasting change to support your in balancing your body for lifelong, holistic wellness.

Modern Hermitage: One room cottage with anywhere from 1 to 3 beds; living area; kitchenette; bathroom and shower.
Cabin Bedroom: A private bedroom with 1 to 2 beds located on the property in a shared cabin; shared kitchenette; shared bathroom and shower.
Guest Room-Main Building: A private bedroom with 2 beds and private bathroom located in the main building.
Rustic Hermitage: One room cottage with anywhere from 1 to 2 beds; living area. No bathroom or kitchenette. Modern bath and shower facilities are located on the property.
