Laura Adrian is a nature connection facilitator, speaker, writer, and wilderness guide committed to creating supportive experiences that help others explore the transformative benefits of nature.

As the founder of Whole Life Elevation, Laura is a leading voice in the field of nature engagement. Her work is rooted in a lifelong connection to the outdoors, enriched by over 365 cumulative nights spent in the wilderness. She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied with luminaries such as Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.

A sought-after keynote speaker, Laura is celebrated for her profound insights into consciously connecting with nature. She inspires audiences with practical strategies for overcoming challenges and living a creative, intentional, and inspired life. Her expertise and transformative ideas are frequently featured in the media, underscoring her dedication to bridging the gap between people and the natural world.

With a background as a chemist and environmental scientist at 3M, Laura brings a unique perspective that blends scientific knowledge with her passion for nature. She teaches her signature methodology, Conscious Nature Connection, at retreats and immersions, empowering participants to release the stress of modern life and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world.

Diagnosed with autism at 37, Laura offers a distinctive lens on the healing power of nature, especially for those who feel like outsiders. Her forthcoming book provides actionable steps for navigating life’s challenges by consciously connecting to nature. Under Laura’s guidance, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing, all inspired by the beauty and wisdom of the natural world.
