Our Hearts Were Made For This

Sundays 9-10am CST, beginning January 5, 2025

Facilitated by Sara Neall

Offered at no cost. Donations appreciated!

We are kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. These qualities are our essence. We are them and we can cultivate them.

Join us each Sunday to explore LovingKindness practices from the Buddhist traditions.

Each session will begin with a brief dharma talk which will frame our practice. The meditation will be 20-30 minutes in length, followed by time to ask questions and share experiences. The discussion period is optional with an approximate end time of 10am or earlier depending on the discussion.

The qualities of kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity help us to live in this world with courage. They help us to be a true friend to ourself and to others. They connect us back to an inner abiding that is a true refuge.

“Radiate boundless love towards the entire world – above, below, and across – unhindered, without ill will, without enmity.”

– Buddha, Karaniya Metta Sutta
