Annual Spring Equinox Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Retreat
with Amie Heeter
March 15-17, 2024
Retreats are an invitation to dive deep, intentionally, creating the space that supports an opportunity to see inside and listen. An opportunity that nourishes us, guides us, and can sustain us for the months ahead. During this weekend retreat we will draw from the well of contemplative wisdom and yogic practices as the catalyst for this nourishment, and co-create a heart quenching weekend in community.
Winter’s sustained dark and cold can leave energy reserves low, with an accumulation of inertia and lack of motivation. We will harness this seasonal transition of winter to spring and utilize tools to vitalize, clear, empower, and inspire. Our days will include breath centered slow flow yoga, meditation, yoga nidra (relaxation practice), writing, reflection, and group discussion- as well as ample free time to explore the surroundings and enjoy the quiet, creative atmosphere. May this retreat help carry you into a fruitful season of activation and empowerment. Some yoga experience required, open to all levels of practitioners. We will also welcome Paul Donahue as a guest on Saturday evening, guiding us in a sound bath experience. Sound is medicine for the body and soul and can be a powerful agent for recharging and healing. Learn more about Paul at beingwithfrequency.com.
