Are you a visionary leader with passion and calling for organizational excellence and supporting spiritual deepening?  The Christine Center is seeking a dynamic Executive Director. Experienced yet expanding – to guide our organization in realizing our mission, values, and unfolding vision. As the Executive Director, you will collaborate with the Board of Directors, developing our strategic plan for the next phase of our transition to a sustainable organization steering the implementation of policies, strategies, and operational excellence. Your role spans diverse facets including human resources, financial management, donor relations, and overseeing center operations.

Salary: Starting at $85,000

With close collaboration with the Board and core leadership team, this role entails implementing strategies, overseeing operations, and fostering a culture of unity and growth in these key responsibility areas:

      • Lead with integrity, driving the Center’s vision and values.
      • Cultivate and maintain practices which promote a collaborative culture.
      • Collaborate with the Board and core team to implement strategic directives for operational success.
      • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders
      • Manage HR and financial operations.
      • Spearhead revenue-generating plans and ensure continuous organizational improvement.
      • Maintain the physical plant integrity and participate in on-site event coverage.

Qualifications:

      • Commitment to personal growth
      • Experience in administrative leadership and business
      • Degree in ministry or related field/ business experience
      • Demonstrated decision-making based on values,
      • Understanding of financial principles
      • Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills
